Overview:

The Cellar House is a boutique cocktail bar with strong atmosphere, premium drinks and live music potential. The goal was to position the venue as more than a place to drink — a destination for memorable nights, intimate events and repeat local visits. The Lobby approach focused on turning the bar’s atmosphere into a demand engine through social content, event promotion, paid awareness campaigns and customer retention.

Challenges:

The venue had the right product, but no clear system for creating demand outside of peak weekend trade. Like many bars, it risked becoming reliant on passing footfall, word of mouth and occasional social posts rather than a consistent growth strategy. The key challenge was creating a reason for people to visit before they were actively looking for somewhere to go.

Conclusion:

We developed a hospitality growth concept built around atmosphere, events and repeat attendance. The strategy included weekly live music promotion, cocktail-led content, private hire campaigns, local Meta ads and email/SMS reminders designed to turn one good night into the next fully booked one. The result is a framework for transforming an under-promoted cocktail bar into a venue people talk about, visit and return to.
