Overview:

Marlow & Finch is a restaurant built around seasonal dining, local produce and private dining opportunities. The venue had all the ingredients of a strong hospitality brand: good food, a beautiful space and loyal customers. The opportunity was to create more consistent demand beyond peak weekend services by improving positioning, content, local visibility and customer retention.

Challenges:

The restaurant’s main challenge was inconsistency. Weekends performed well, but midweek services were quieter. The venue had strong food and atmosphere, but its marketing focused too heavily on individual dishes rather than the experience of visiting. There was also no clear system for promoting new menus, capturing past guests or turning seasonal moments into campaigns.

Conclusion:

The Lobby concept focused on positioning Marlow & Finch as a restaurant for long lunches, celebrations and seasonal dining experiences. The strategy included menu launch campaigns, chef-led content, booking-focused Meta ads, Google Business Profile optimisation, review generation and email campaigns to bring previous guests back. The goal was to move the restaurant from occasional awareness to consistent demand.
